  • Participation Waiver

    Every registration includes our participation waiver, agreed to during sign-up for each program or event.

    Current board-approved version is in use; updated wording replaces it when finalized.

  • Photo & Media Release

    During registration, families choose whether to approve photos and media of their player. Photos appear on this site only with a signed release.

    Collected with every registration.
